Message	a much worse offence than speeding. For reckless driving (at least in Fl) they can arrest you on the spot and tow your car if they feel a reason to. At least that is what the trooper told me as he was reading my rights (100 in a 70 back in the day)....... But I only got a speeding ticket for 14 over, since I was polite and my record was clean. Plus it was early morning, no traffic, good weather, and I appeared sober. And I had not been weaving, cutting off cars etc. So your 89 is 34 over. That is pretty big. I hope if you have to ask for lieniency that you have some of those other factors in your favor. Best of luck.
